How Does Emsculpt Neo Work?
Emsculpt Neo works by using an applicator that emits radio frequency (RF) waves and high-intensity electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology. When the radiofrequency waves are emitted, the muscle temperature raises several degrees to prepare the muscles for exposure to stress similar to what a physical warmup activity does for the muscles. The HIFEM energy contracts the muscle fibers with more intensity than a voluntary physical workout does and therefore the muscle fibers grow and increase in number. Muscle volume can be increased by up to 25%. While the muscles are getting their workout, the temperature in the subcutaneous fat reaches levels that damage fat cells. The damaged cells are then removed from the body naturally. This process can reduce fat by 30%
